   “A Day In The Life” is my personal favorite but “Strawberry Fields Forever” was my no. 2 choice. It is a brilliant song that has stayed close to my heart since I first heard it all those years ago. The following quote is by Kurt Vonnegut from his 1997 novel “Timequake”.
   “I say in speeches that a plausible mission of artists is to make people appreciate being alive at least a little bit. I am then asked if I know of any artists who pulled that off. I reply, ‘The Beatles did’.”
   There are a few songs that did not make this list that should have.
   -Things We Said Today, Tell Me Why, I’m A Loser, You’re Going To Lose That Girl, You Won’t See Me, I’m So Tired.
